Backorders

If an item is out of stock when ordered, it will be placed on backorder. You’ll be notified of the expected delivery date.
If the date is unsuitable, you can cancel and receive a refund.

Returns

You can request a return via your eAccount, phone, or email.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in pristine, resalable condition.
  • If we arrange collection, a 75% credit applies.
  • If returned within 10 days in perfect condition, credit may be 100%.
  • Returns after 10 days may incur a 25% handling charge.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Catering, chemical, special-order, and furniture products
  • Diaries and planners (return request by 10th December)
  • Items over 3 months old

Shortages:

Report within 2 working days including delivery note number, order number, product code, and quantities.
