Locating a Product

  1. Click on a main department icon.
  2. A list of related product categories will appear.
  3. Select a category to view products.
  4. Click the product code for full details.
  5. Use the search bar to find products by name.

 

Ordering a Product

  1. Find the product you wish to order and click Buy to add it to your basket.
  2. To view more information, click the product code..
  3. In your basket, you can change quantities or remove items.
  4. Adjust quantities and click Recalculate to update totals.
  5. Continue shopping or proceed to Pay Now to complete your order.

 

Checking Your Basket

  1. Click Basket on the navigation bar.
  2. Review all items and quantities.
  3. To remove an item, set its quantity to zero and click Recalculate.
  4. To change quantities, adjust the number and click Recalculate again.

 

Paying for Your Order

Step 1:

  • Existing Customers: Enter your login name and password.
  • New Customers: Register your details and create a password.

Step 2:

  • Confirm your delivery address and select delivery and payment methods.

Step 3:

  • If paying by card, enter your details securely.

Step 4:

  • Review your invoice and click Place Order.
  • Your order number will appear on screen — please make note of it.
